Ham Bag
Looking after your ham
After you've sliced some of your delicious ham make sure you place it in a very damp calico 'ham bag'.
Before using a new ham bag wash thoroughly and rinse with a little white vinegar added to the water - rinse well.
Make sure you rinse your ham bag out each day and place it back on your ham. |
