Dry Christmas Cake
How to liven up a dry Christmas Cake
You've sampled your Christmas cake and it's a tad dry?
Before icing turn the cake face down spike it all over with a skewer, then carefully sprinkle it with Whiskey or Brandy wrap it back up in the brown paper- then foil.
Leave until ready to ice. |
