After cutting an Avocado......

*When the Avocado is first cut and exposed to the air it becomes a dirty brown colour so it's best to use it when required......when storing Avocados rub a little lemon onto the cut surfaces and wrap firmly in plastic cling wrap.
*Rich in vitamins and proteins, Avocados are great with fruit and go so well with cheese, use it on your bread instead of butter or margarine :-)
*For women and men try a face mask with mashed Avocado, a little lemon add a tinsy drop of oil if you like, leave on for at least 5 minutes-wash off with warm water, pat skin dry.
